Sicily is wild and beautiful — a land steeped in ancient history, vibrant traditions, dramatic coastlines, and a food culture all its own. We’d love to share our favorite Sicilian foods, wines, people, and places with you.
Our Home Base:
A stunning villa nestled among terraced gardens that lead to a private pool. Each set of guest enjoys a private room with en-suite bathroom and countryside views.

Explore the volcanic vineyards of Benanti on Mt. Etna and the sun-soaked estate of Zisola in Noto. Zisola also makes Grappa

Master classic Sicilian dishes like arancini and cannoli with local chefs.
👵 Cook with Nonna at Tenuta Carbonara
Step into the heart of a traditional Sicilian kitchen, where Nonna will guide us in preparing a typical Sicilian lunch — including her family’s special style of focaccia.
🐑 Sheep Milk Ricotta Making
Join a traditional ricotta-making session with fresh sheep milk straight from the farm.
🍯 Etna Honey Farm Visit
Assist a beekeeper and sample honeys shaped by wildflower, citrus, and chestnut blossoms, learning how flora influences flavor.

Sail Sicily’s stunning eastern shore with views of Mt. Etna from the sea. Relax and soak in the volcanic coastline.
🐟 Farmers Market Visit
Wander a bustling Sicilian farmers market, sample the daily catch, and taste the renowned Bronte pistachios, known as the “green gold” of Sicily.
This is more than a vacation — it’s a journey into the soul of Sicily through its food, landscapes, and people.
Each day will start with Italian stye breakfast, we will have lunch at each amazing place we are visiting that day and then retire to our villa for dinner, prepared for us by our private chef.
Wine is included with meals. We are staying at a private villa. Each room has a private bath.
Also included is transportation from and to Catania airport or train station daily transportation, all excursions, entrance fees, and guides.
Tour does not include airfare.
Cost: €5,650 per person, double occupancy. The conversion rate will be calculated on the day of payment in US dollars
A $2,000 per person non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

The Amalfi Coast is a place where history, culture, and natural beauty converge in a way that leaves you spellbound. This fall, join me for an unforgettable week along this iconic coastline. We'll explore quiet towns, immerse ourselves in history, experience Italian life, cook and enjoy Italy’s finest food and wine.
🍝 The Flavors of Italy – Italy’s cuisine is as diverse as its landscape, and the Amalfi Coast is no exception. Learn how to make pasta in Gragnano, and indulge in a pizza-making class in Naples, where we’ll learn from a true pizza maestro. In Ravello, we’ll dive into the art of mozzarella-making, crafting fresh, creamy mozzarella from scratch with local artisans. And for seafood lovers, we’ll participate in a 5-course fish cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare some of the freshest catches from the Mediterranean. We’ll also hike through lemon groves, taste limoncello made from the area’s famous lemons, and enjoy every bite of the region’s culinary treasures. Every meal is an adventure, and you’ll leave with a newfound love for the tastes of Italy.
🍷 A Vineyard Journey – The Amalfi Coast’s wines are a hidden gem, shaped by the steep slopes and volcanic soils of the region. We’ll visit family-run vineyards for private tours and tastings, where you’ll learn the secrets behind each bottle and savor the flavors of this unique corner of Italy. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or simply love a good glass, this will be a highlight of the trip.
🏰 Timeless Beauty and History – Wander through centuries of history as we explore the Amalfi Coast’s stunning landmarks. Visit the ancient ruins of Paestum, home to some of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world. Meander through the medieval streets of Ravello, known for its breathtaking villas and sweeping views. In Positano, we’ll stroll along colorful streets leading down to the water, and in Amalfi, we’ll take in the grandeur of the cathedral and the town’s rich history.
⛵ Set Sail Along the Coast – There’s no better way to experience the Amalfi Coast than by boat. We’ll cruise from Vietri to Positano, taking in dramatic cliffs, hidden beaches, and charming coastal villages. We’ll stop in Amalfi and Positano for some shopping, tour the Roman Villa and the Cathedral, we’ll explore the town’s narrow streets and vibrant markets. The sparkling Mediterranean will be our backdrop every step of the way.
🌿 Our Home for the Week – We’ll be staying for a week in an 18th-century Palazzo, perched above the Amalfi Coast with sweeping views over the Gulf of Salerno. The rooms are a step back in time, adorned with frescoed walls and charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a bygone era. You’ll lose yourself in the beauty of the gardens, perhaps soaking in the views from your room with private bath or unwinding in the outdoor Jacuzzi, all while soaking in the rich culture and history that surrounds us.This isn’t just a vacation. It’s a chance to truly immerse yourself in the heart of Italy—where history, culture, and beauty come together in the most extraordinary way.
